After 25 years in practice, corporate and M&A attorney Dyan Gershman established her own corporate law firm in New York City and provides clients with a wide range of legal services in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, technology and intellectual property licensing, and commercial contracts. She focuses on providing the personal attention of a small firm with the expertise and background of a large-firm attorney. In addition to her U.S. clients, she has built a large client cohort from Europe, having lived in France for four years and being fluent in French.

Dyan Gershman began her legal career at the renowned global law firm Jones Day, working in its corporate group in New York City. Following Jones Day, Dyan Gershman went on to serve as in-house executive-level counsel at General Electric and Bristol-Myers Squibb, both Fortune 50 companies, where she led some of the largest M&A and corporate transactions in their respective histories. Dyan Gershman was head of M&A and corporate law worldwide at BMS, and executive counsel for transactions and finance at GE. She handled many U.S. and international transactions, large and mid-sized, though most were multi-billion dollar transactions.

Dyan Gershman studied law at Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude, and was an executive editor of the Boston College Law Review. She is a member of the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar.
